I looked up quite a few recipes on the internet and I wasnāt quite sure how I wanted to make this dish! So I made my own version inspired by about 6 versions from YouTube! š
I was raving about this experimental Paneer Achari Recipe to my mom and she was sooo skeptical coz of some un-conventional steps in it! I challenged her to follow my recipe to the T and she agreed to try!
In the words of my Mom, not only did my dad and brother love it, but my amazing cook of a Grand-Mom who happened to come home that evening also seemed to have loved it šš»āāļøš
