This recipe is so simple and I almost make it every week, that is, whenever my stock depletes š

Servings: 24 Biscuits
Noted: These make crunchy chocolate chip cookies
Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 2 cups
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Chocolate chips - 1/2 cup (preferably refrigerated for a few hours)
Salt- a pinch
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Unsalted Butter - 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract - 2 tsp

Method:
Preheat the oven to 325F
Mix the butter, sugar and vanilla extract together until itās silky and soft
Fold in the flour, salt and sugar
Add in the chocolate chips. Use refrigerated chocolate chips so that it holds shape and doesnāt melt too soon
Mix the cookie dough well till itās crumbly- do not knead it
Bring the dough together and roll it using a rolling pin on a flat surface making sure itās 1/2 inch thick
Using a cookie cutter, cut the cookie dough and place the cut cookies on a baking tray
Bake for 18-20 mins
Once the timer goes off, leave it in the oven until it cools down completely
Enjoy the cookies with a glass of milk š„
