There are some habits or routines that haven’t changed all my life! One such habit is drinking some form of milk at around 5 p.m. every evening! Initially milk, then Boost or Bournvita, and for almost 12 years now, coffee and very very rarely, tea! ️ This was almost always accompanied by some small snack! Rare treats included Samosa, puff, Varki or Chaat but almost always, it was milk biscuits! I love to dunk them in my milk and then later eat the soggy biscuits

So today when I had to pick one dish for our tea time snack challenge, it had to be a biscuit! 🍪

I had a winner Salt Biscuit recipe and I thought I’ll just make that today! I’ve tried it several times in the past and they always come out great! The smell of butter biscuits being baked is probably one of those “bottle-worthy scents” and trust me, once you start baking these at home, you’ll never buy them again 🤩
